Health and medical details
Complete the Health and Medical Profile form and share important information with the Group Leader, including allergies, medications, and dietary restrictions. Ensure prescriptions are filled, packed in their original packaging, and included in hand luggage, with paperwork copies readily available.
Stay connected with eSIMs
Equip your teenager with an international phone or data plan for essential communication. Stick to the essentials—leave expensive jewellery and designer clothing/accessories at home. Bring comfy shoes, weather-appropriate clothes, and a secure travel pouch for money and valuables.

Respect your group’s time by being punctual and following the behaviour guidelines set by your Group Leader. Sticking to schedules keeps the adventure on track and fun for everyone.
✅Be travel-smart
Keep an eye on your belongings, especially in busy tourist areas. Use a travel pouch to secure money and passports, and double-check you’ve packed everything before leaving hotels, buses, or airplanes.
