Hello! Welcome to your guide to the essential EF Tours experience. Here, you'll find quick info on funding options, safety protocols, and the EF team members you'll be working with to get your child’s tour off the ground.

Step 1

The teacher leading the tour, backed up by a member of our team, will meet with you and the other parents to go over the tour destination(s), rooming arrangements, the itinerary, the food—everything. This is your best chance to discuss anything you're curious about before enrolling.
Step 2

Now you have the option of signing your child up for the tour online, or if you prefer to tackle it together, our Traveller Support Team can get you squared away. They are also happy to go over anything you want to know about the tour itinerary, insurance, or the different payment options at your disposal. Our help center covers many of the questions you may have as well, if you prefer to read through the details yourself.
Step 3

This is it. After you and your child take one last look at the flights, hotel info, safety information, and packaging list—the anticipation begins. We can't wait for them to experience their tour.

Okay, they’re as ready as they’ll ever be. Now comes the hardest part for you—watching them embark on their adventure. It’s never easy, which is why we provide all of our travellers with 5GB of free roaming data so they can check in from the road. In addition to the teacher leading the tour and the full-time Tour Director, our On Tour Support Team is also available to both you and your child 24/7, should anything urgent arise.

They did it! Don’t be surprised if it feels like they brought back a year’s worth of maturity, independence, and confidence—after just a week or two. That’s the effect of an EF tour.
