Which email address should I log in with?
For travellers under age 18 at time of enrolment, use your primary contact’s email address. This is usually a parent or guardian. For travellers over 18 years old, sign in using the email address you provided upon enrolment. For Group Leaders, use the email address you provided to your Tour Consultant.
How can I reset my password?
Request a password reset here. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your account password. Note: the password reset link may only be used once and expires one hour after being sent.
I didn’t receive a password reset email.

I’m under 18. How can I access my account?
You can log in using your parent or guardian’s email and password once they’ve activated their account. In some cases, we may be able to create accounts for minors. Please call Traveller Support at 1-800-263-2806 for more information.
Can I link multiple accounts from the same household?
Yes! If you’re not prompted to link accounts from your household when you sign in, just give us a call at 1-800-263-2806.
I just reset my password, but now it says my password is incorrect.
Please close your browser and try to log in again using a new window.
I no longer use the email address that I signed up with. How can I update my login email?
You can update your email by logging in using the email address we have on file. Once logged in, access My Profile. Under Login Details, you may update the email address used for login.
I want to reset my password, but the website is asking for my old password, and I don’t know it.
Log out of your account first, and then access our Login Help page. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
