    Celebrate Liberation Day with the local community as you attend the Wageningen Liberation Day Festival

    This excursion takes you to visit the Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum. Between 1936 and 1945 the Nazis detained over 200,000 prisoners on the site and murdered an estimated 30 to 100 thousand of them. Today Sachsenhausen is a place of mourning and remembrance. The museum and original buildings from the camp stand to guarantee the memory of horrific events of the 20th century.
